And What Else is a coaching card deck by &joy Coaching. It features over 200 insightful questions. Designed for Stephen’s clients, this deck helps users uncover and reflect on their unconscious thoughts. The questions are organized into six distinct categories, each marked by a unique visual design for intuitive navigation.

Inspired by nature, the card deck’s visual identity evokes the meditative experience of discovering your favorite cobblestone. Using the deck is intended to be a calming, reflective practice. Together, we developed use cases, positioned the deck alongside well-known tools, and created mood boards to guide the creative direction.

The visual identity centers on six cobble motifs, which serve as solid backgrounds for the primary questions. On the reverse side, the cobbles are rendered as graphic line illustrations, inviting deeper contemplation. The color palette features primary hues in varying intensities, creating a vibrant yet soothing aesthetic.
